Utah falls to 8-3 and 5-3 in the Pac-12 Conference with a 3-11 all-time record against UCLA. The Utes are 19-25 in league games as a member of the Pac-12.
Utah was held without a touchdown for the first time since a 19-3 loss to USC on Oct. 26, 2013.
The Ute defense held UCLA to season lows in both total offense (325 yards) and points scored (17).
Andy Phillips was 3-for-3 on field goal attempts (scoring all nine points for Utah) with a pair of 39-yard makes and a 21-yarder.
