SALT LAKE CITY- After taking a week off from competition, the University of Utah women’s cross country team returns to action on Saturday to compete at the NCAA Pre-National Invitational meet in Louisville, Ky. The Utes are sending 12 athletes to compete against some of the top teams in the nation.
“This is the start of the second half of the season,” Utah head coach Kyle Kepler said. “This is a really important meet for us, and everybody else competing there. We are trying to put ourselves into a position to make a championship run and this meet is an opportunity for us to get some more national attention.
