C.J. Cron is hitting .253 in 59 games with nine doubles and six home runs for the Los Angeles Angels. He was strong at the plate during the month of July, hitting .343 with five doubles, four homers and 12 RBI. Cron had five RBI against Texas on July 26 and drove in four runs during a 4-for-4 night against Minnesota on July 21. Cron has also played two stints with the Triple-A Salt Lake Bees this season.
Tyler Wagner made his major league debut with the Milwaukee Brewers on May 31 and has spent the remainder of the season with the Double-A Biloxi Shuckers.
