SALT LAKE CITY - Several incoming Utah baseball players finished out their high school careers with a variety of honors.
DaShawn Keirsey earned first-team All-Grossmont Hills League and first-team All-East County honors at Helix Charter High School. He hit .333 for the year with three triples and 19 RBI and had a 3.16 ERA on the mound, going 5-2 with 51 strikeouts.
Chandler Anderson ended his career at Park City High School as a three-time first-team all-state player. He hit .527 as a senior with 35 RBI and 24 stolen bases and helped lead Park City to the Region 10 title.
