SALT LAKE CITY — Utah State went into Rice-Eccles Stadium Friday evening and hung with No. 25 Utah, but similar to the prior meeting between the two teams, Aggies fans struggled with the result due to missed opportunities.
Coming into the game as double-digit underdogs, Utah State started poorly. Travis Wilson marched the Utes down the field on their opening drive, and a tough targeting call complicated things further, causing senior strong safety Marwin Evans to be ejected.
Hate that ejection call in Utah State-Utah. Would have been a chest hit if WR didn't drop down.
