Utah added their second commit to their 2017 class: Snow College (Ephraim, Utah) defensive lineman John Penisini. The other 2017 commit is Provo wide receiver Ty Jones.

He is being compared to another former Snow College defensive tackle who played for Utah: Tenny Palepoi, who currently plays for the San Diego Chargers.
