Utah senior guard Parker Van Dyke delivered a career-high 23 points and center Jayce Johnson scored all of his career-high 17 points in the second half of the Utes' 83-76 victory over Arizona on Thursday night at the Huntsman Center.
The Utes, who led by 16 points late in the game, beat the Wildcats for only the second time in the program's Pac-12 era, against 13 losses.
Van Dyke made a career-high seven 3-pointers, after hitting five of them – including the game winner at the buzzer – in the second half at UCLA last Saturday. Sedrick Barefield added 15 points and Timmy Allen had 14.
