Tucson, Ariz. • The Utah women’s basketball team shot just 30-percent from the floor in its 66-55 loss at Arizona on Friday night, falling to 18-6 overall and 7-6 in Pac-12 play.
Utah was just 19-of-64 from the floor against the Wildcats, its lowest shooting percentage this season. The Utes were able to take care of the ball with only 10 turnovers, but were out-rebounded and out-scored in the paint despite Dre’Una Edwards putting up a team-high 21 points.
The Las Vegas, Nev., native was 8-of-17 from the floor for her second straight 20-point game, also pulling in 10 rebounds for her seventh double-double of the season.
