The Utah women's basketball team earned a 16th win Friday night at the Huntsman Center, while finishing a 78-59 victory over Colorado with only seven active players.
Utah is 16-1, 5-1 in the Pac-12, having swept the two-game season series with Colorado (10-7, 0-6). The Buffaloes are missing top scorer Kennedy Leonard due to injury.The Utes have their own personnel issues, with only eight active players after senior Daneesha Provo's season-ending knee injury two weeks ago. And forward Dre'Una Edwards went to the locker room early in the third quarter with a shoulder injury. Edwards returned to the bench with her right arm in a sling; she didn't re-enter the game.
