LOGAN — Utah State women's tennis (9-7, 0-0 MW), fresh off a week and a half break, will open its Mountain West schedule in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the Aggies take on New Mexico (8-8, 1-1 MW) on Friday, April 5, at noon. USU then travels to Colorado Springs, Colorado, to face Air Force (20-1, 3-0 MW) on Saturday, April 7, at noon.
Utah State is led by freshman Sidnee Lavatai with a 10-4 mark in dual matches, including 9-3 at the No. 6 spot, while sophomore Alexandra Pisareva is 8-2. In doubles, the duo of Lavatai and Pisareva, as well as junior Lucy Octave and freshman Annaliese County, are both 7-3.
