Laramie, Wyo. • Wyoming, apparently, sought a little revenge against Utah State on Saturday night at War Memorial Stadium.
The Aggies rolled to a 58-27 victory over the Cowboys last season in Logan. They owned a 38-21 lead heading into the fourth quarter before passing for three touchdowns in the final 12:34.
After the game, at least one Wyoming assistant coach angrily confronted members of the Utah State staff near midfield before being guided to the locker room.
Prior to this season's late-night rematch, Cowboy running back Brian Hill told wyosports.net that he wanted payback for those late touchdown passes.
