Utah State football video: Aggies focused on getting offense to play as one

SALT LAKE CITY — Despite major strides of improvement from game one to game two, the Aggies fell short in their Utah in-state battle, 24-14.

Halftime saw both teams at 14 before the Aggie offense suffered a second-half choke, failing to put up a single point.

Sure, a loss is a loss. But progress is progress.

“I’m very, very proud of our kids and the way they fought,” head coach Matt Wells said. “Overall, I’m proud of their effort. But make no mistake about it — that’s not Utah State football. We won’t ever settle for something less than a win.
