Utah State track and field acquired another week's worth of experience as the Aggies showed improvement at the Utah Spring Classic on Friday.
Junior Jason Allred led the Aggie men with a third-place finish in the pole vault, clearing a height of 4.80m.
Lexus Miller-Moylan, a freshman, led the women's sprinters in the 100m dash, placing eighth with a personal-best time of 12.45. Behind Miller-Moylan came senior Mikkell Minnoch finishing 15th, clocking a time of 12.76.
"Overall, it was a good day," Utah State distance coach Artie Gulden said. "This meet was a good opportunity to give our student-athletes the chance to compete against some good competition.
