Utah State football held its 10th spring practice Tuesday afternoon on Merlin Olsen Field at Maverik Stadium and the secondary group is looking to play fast and physical and make plays.
“Our number one goal is finding guys who can make plays,” said defensive backs coach Julius Brown. “I don’t want guys to flinch. I want them to do their assignment, I want them to play fast and I want them to play physical. They know that is what is going to get them on the field.”
Utah State welcomes back seven returning letterwinners in the secondary from last season who have combined to play in 120 games with 61 starts during their careers.
