Utah State men's cross-country team was led by freshman Andrew Rummens, who placed 15th with a time of 20:36, at the USU Invitational held at the Steve and Dona Reeder Cross Country Course on Friday, Oct. 9.
"We usually have a meet where we focus on our developing runners," USU head coach Gregg Gensel said. "This year it worked out that other schools were willing to come to our course to compete with their second group of runners. This meet gave our student-athletes another chance and opportunity to compete."
Finishing behind Rummens was sophomore Dillon Maggard, who placed 16th with a time of 20:39.
