On Wednesday it was announced that the 29-year-old professional golfer from Salt Lake City is teaming up with the Utah Sports Commission to help host Finau’s annual Golf Classic pro-am on Monday, June 24, at Oakridge Country Club in Farmington. It’s the same week as the 2019 Web.com Tour’s Utah Championship, which is scheduled to take place June 24-30. The Utah Championship is also scheduled to host pro-am events on Wednesday, June 26 before the event officially tees off on Thursday, June 27.
"Combining the Tony Finau Foundation Golf Classic with the Utah Championship event will create the biggest week of the year for Utah golf," said Finau in a news release.
