The suspect in a shooting near Utah Valley University campus in Orem that left one man dead is in the custody of the Orem Police Department.
According to a tweet sent out by Orem Police on Saturday morning, Elbert Paule turned himself in to the department. Police had been searching for Paule since Thursday evening, offering a reward for his capture.
