Kidus Chane Yahannes, 31, is wanted for questioning in the death of Candace Rose Samples, 20. Samples a second victim were stabbed next to a dumpster behind the Dollar Tree store at 477 N. 300 West shortly before 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 7.
Authorities were unable to locate either a suspect or a weapon at the time, and said the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.
