Happy Tuesday. The federal government is open again after Congress passed a budget bill, but it’s really only temporary. We’ll be back facing another shutdown in 17 days since the stopgap bill only covers funding through Feb. 8, and with tensions already high, there’s another chance there could be another, more sustained closure.
