One person was killed and another was injured when an off-highway vehicle rolled Monday in the Snake Creek area near Wasatch Mountain Park near Heber City.
About 10 a.m. on Monday, “two occupants were on the OHV and reportedly lost control while traveling down an embankment. The passenger was able to jump from the vehicle prior to its rolling,” said a Facebook post from the Wasatch County Sheriff’s office.
“The Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office would like to extend our condolences to family and friends at this very difficult time,” it said. “We also appreciate all of our first responders for their hard work and professionalism.
