Museum celebrates rich history of chocolate and cheese at festival

Although hundreds of new items were on display Sunday at the Natural History Museum of Utah, it wasn’t for an opening exhibit. Instead, visitors found themselves immersed in the fifth annual Chocolate & Cheese Festival.

This year’s event focused on blending science and art to showcase handcrafted chocolates and cheeses from Utah and surrounding regions. The two-day festival also included taste tests, a food market and workshops.
