I have to admit to getting a little confused reading the Nov. 29 story regarding Sen. Mike Lee’s complaints about the American Bar Association’s “not qualified” rating of a federal appeals court judge.
The ABA letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee said “that the nominee lacks humility, has an ‘entitlement’ temperament, does not have an open mind, and does not always have a commitment to being candid and truthful.”
Imagine my surprise when I reread the paragraph and realized they weren’t talking about Mike Lee.
