The 2019 Tour of Utah bicycle race culminated in Park City on Sunday, with Belgium's Ben Hermans winning the seven-day event.
Hermans started the day with a 46-second cushion over James Piccoli from Canada and the yellow jersey-clad rider from the Israel Cycling Academy team kept tabs on Piccoli and the other closest contenders through the mountain climbs near the end.
Joe Dombrowski of Christiana, Delaware, was the winner of the sixth and last stage, which started and finished in Park City, and that boosted his finish in the general classification from fifth to third overall.
Piccoli, who started the day in second, stayed in that position by placing fifth in Sunday’s stage.
