Ranchers started moving 1,400 cattle out of Logan Canyon on Monday. The drive, which concludes Wednesday, will tie up traffic in the canyon between 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. each day along a 2.5 mile stretch of Highway 89 near Temple Fork Road.
