Utah Highway Patrol troopers are working to clear a 20-car pile-up on eastbound State Route 201 just before 3200 West in West Valley City on Thursday evening and asked drivers to use an alternative route.
Troopers tweeted the eastbound lanes of State Route 201 were closed because of the pile-up. While the westbound lanes are open, Department of Transportation officials estimated there would be congestion along the roadway until about 8 p.m.
