SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Jazz won't be the only professional basketball team in town, and it's by their own design.
The organization announced the relocation of their NBA Development League team from Boise, Idaho, to the Salt Lake City area on Monday. With that relocation comes a new name: the Salt Lake City Stars.
Executives from the Jazz and Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, as well as the D-League and Salt Lake Community College, where the Stars will play home games, addressed the media on Monday at Vivint Arena. Watch the video above for the full press conference.
