Utah Jazz vs Orlando Magic reaction: Jazz get first road win in style

Well, that was fun. Before Saturday’s game against Aaron Gordon and the Orlando Magic, the Utah Jazz had lost seven of their last eight games. They also came into Orlando playing the wrong end of a back-to-back set.

Regardless, they simply destroyed the Magic, capturing a 125-85 win behind a monster second half from Rodney Hood.

All told, Hood needed just 26 minutes off the bench to score 31 points. He knocked down seven 3-pointers; the basket had to have looked like an ocean for Rodney.

He also become the first Jazz player with multiple 30 point games off the bench since “Big T” Thurl Bailey in 1988.
