The Utah Jazz announced today that they will honoring Jerry Sloan with a jersey patch for the remainder of the season. The patch is simple, yet beautiful, featuring a gold ‘1223’ in remembrance of the incredible journey to 1,223 wins under Coach Sloan and his tenure with the Jazz.
You can purchase the jersey patch the Utah Jazz team store both online or in person for the unique price of $12.23, with all proceeds going to the Michael J. Fox Foundation to help find a cure for Parkinson’s disease.
