Utah Jazz forward Jeremy Evans, along with Paul George, Chase Budinger and Derrick Williams, were the participants in the 2012 Dunk Contest. Evans, who was in his second year in the league, was a bit of an unknown heading into the competition. However, he walked out of Orlando as the dunk champion, and people surely knew who he was then.
During his time in Utah, Evans was always very fun to watch. He played 219 games with the Jazz, averaging 3.7 points and 2.7 rebounds per game. But it was the Dunk Contest where he shined brightest of all.
