We’re now three games into the Utah Jazz preseason schedule. And with just two exhibition bouts and 11 days remaining until opening night against Paul Millsap, Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets, the Jazz have begun to trim their roster in advance of regular season play.
On Saturday, guard-forward Taylor Braun became the first player to go. Per an announcement from the team, Braun has officially been waived by the Jazz.
Braun, 26, appeared in just two preseason games with Utah. He averaged two points per contest in just four total minutes on the floor.
