On Thursday, the Utah Jazz will take a break from action on the hardwood–no games will be played as the league hits the pause button to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. However, the revelry started early in Jazzland as the team took a moment to celebrate the 28th birthday of forward Trevor Booker on Wednesday.
As one might expect, Jazz veterans ensured that the team’s rookie contingent–Raul Neto, Trey Lyles and Tibor Pleiss–were at the forefront of the festivities. The trio was made to serenade Booker with what I would mercifully describe as a revisionist version of Happy Birthday.
