Tibor Pleiss is back in the big league.
The Utah Jazz rookie center, who was sent to the Idaho Stampede of the D-League Nov. 30 after appearing in just four of Utah's first 15 games, has been recalled and will be in Salt Lake City Wednesday night for the Jazz's game against the New Orleans Pelicans.
In seven games with the Stampede (all starts), the 7-foot-3 Pleiss averaged 11.6 points, 8.4 rebounds and 1.3 blocks.
Most of the German's stint in Boise occurred while Utah forges on without star center Rudy Gobert, who sprained his MCL Dec.
