Earlier this week, Nigel Williams-Goss announced that he would begin his professional basketball career in Serbia. With little chance of securing a spot on the Utah Jazz roster next season, the team’s pick at No. 55 in the 2017 NBA Draft inked a two-year deal to play for the Belgrade-based KK Partizan.
Although he’s leaving the comfort of home behind for a new journey overseas, the NCAA tournament hero turned Jazz draftee is still looking to make a major difference stateside.
In response to the catastrophic flooding caused by Hurricane Harvey in the greater Houston, Texas area, Williams-Goss will be donating funds raised by the sale of his new hoodie to relief efforts.
