Utah Jazz: Joe Johnson momentarily announced as game-time decision, now out once again

It’s been more of the same so far this season for the Utah Jazz as they’ve had to deal with injury after injury. Among the wounded this season, one key figure missing for the better part of the year has been Joe Johnson who suffered tendon instability in his right wrist.

Johnson has logged just seven games this season before finding himself sidelined and he clearly wasn’t himself even in those games. During that span, Iso Joe shot a dismal 11.8 percent from behind the arc and 39.1 percent from the field, both career-lows.

Thus, it was perfectly understandable that he take some time to fully recover so that he could get his shot back and continue to be a major contributor for the Jazz at the stretch-four position.
