The All-Star Break was a great thing for the Utah Jazz. Not only did Gordon Hayward play in his first All-Star Game and make the finals of the Skills Challenge, but the down time gave the rest of the team a chance to rest and recharge some batteries.
As a result, the Jazz have come on strong after the week off, registering impressive road victories over the Milwaukee Bucks and the East’s No. 4 squad, the Washington Wizards. Not only that, Hayward has elevated his game, averaging 29.5 points and shooting 56 percent from the field in the back-to-back wins.
