Throughout the years, the Utah Jazz have hit on a number of picks well outside of the NBA Draft’s upper crust. In the Mid-90’s, Bryon Russell and Shandon Anderson were second-round steals. So too was Paul Millsap a decade later. Meanwhile, Andrei Kirilenko, Rodney Hood and Rudy Gobert were had at the back end of the first round.
With the Jazz set to pick at Nos. 24 and 30 in the first round this summer, with two more selections coming in the second round, GM Dennis Lindsey will be looking for another diamond in the rough this summer.
