If anything has become clear following Wednesday’s battle between the Utah Jazz and the Golden State Warriors, it’s that the series between the teams is a tale of two cities.
After nearly handing the Warriors their first loss of the season in a November game in Salt Lake City, two straight blowouts in Oakland followed. With the season series returning to Vivint Arena for its conclusion, the Jazz brought their best effort once again, taking the defending NBA champions to overtime.
In the end, though, the Warriors moved one win closer to breaking the 1996 Chicago Bulls’ record for victories in a season, beating the Jazz 103-96.
