Players selected at the back of the NBA Draft’s second round generally have a steep hill to climb if they hope to catch on in the Association. Nigel Williams-Goss, the No. 55 overall pick in June’s draft, is engaged in that battle now. However, the former Gonzaga star says he has options outside of trying to squeeze into a crowded Utah Jazz guard line.
“I actually have some other things in the works right now, possibly, if I decide I want to go overseas for next year and come back,” he told The Spokesman-Review. “I have to make sure whatever I do is best for my development long-term.
