Despite playing in just 12 games for the Jazz during the regular season, and two games in the playoffs, the Utah Jazz have to be thrilled with the development of Joel Bolomboy.
This was the first year that the Jazz had a D-League team right in Salt Lake City, so Bolomboy was up and down from the D-League quite often. In fact, the rookie was assigned and recalled from the Salt Lake City Stars 31 times.
Bolomboy was named a 2017 NBA D-League All-Star. He played in 24 games for the Salt Lake City Stars, averaging 16.
