With the 2016-17 season now over for the Utah Jazz and a critical offseason ahead, Dennis Lindsey and crew have begun the tedious process of player evaluations and roster building for next season. Looking internally at the current roster is part of a very complex process. Boris Diaw’s future is one that will assuredly be discussed. The 35-year-old veteran forward might be a lightning rod in those discussions.
Boris was brought in primarily to strengthen the bench. The Utah Jazz were also looking for solid veterans with playoff experience. Diaw fit the bill perfectly as he has now played 14 seasons in the league.
