The Salt Lake City Stars acquire Isaiah Cousins from the Reno Bighorns.

The 2017 G-League Draft has ended and the Salt Lake City Stars left with 3 players and the rights to a 4th.

The Salt Lake City Stars had the 2nd overall pick in the draft but chose to trade it for the rights to the Reno Bighorns’ Isaiah Cousins. Cousins averaged 17 ppg, 6 rpg, and 4 apg last season with the Reno Bighorns. He struggled shooting the long ball as he only averaged 29.1% from 3. Prior to Reno he played for the Oklahoma Sooners averaging 12 ppg, 4 rpg, and 4 apg.

With the 28th pick in the draft, the Stars took center Sidy Djitte, who played for Clemson for 4 years.
