The Roundup—Mitchell, Young put on a show as Jazz edge Hawks

In a shootout headlined by two of the NBA's best young guards, Donovan Mitchell led the Utah Jazz to a 111-106 road victory over Trae Young and Atlanta Hawks Thursday night.

The Jazz (17-11) have now won four straight games and sit in sixth place in the Western Conference standings.

Utah trailed by double digits in the first half before rallying to outscore Atlanta in both the third and fourth quarters. The Jazz held the Hawks to only 37.5 percent shooting in the second half.

"They were really aggressive and physical with us, and that impacted us early," Jazz head coach Quin Snyder said.
