The Taylor Hendricks experience at this year’s NBA Summer League has been a mixed bag for the Jazz who hope to make something of last season’s 9th overall draft pick. Hendricks enjoyed a decent, though not jaw-dropping introduction to the league in his rookie season where he didn’t receive consistent minutes in Will Hardy’s rotation until after the All-Star break.
Joining this year’s Utah Jazz Summer League team, many expected this year’s squad to dominate their Summer League competition with so many players who will see real NBA minutes with the Jazz, many anticipated that the unit of Kessler, George, Hendricks, and Sensabaugh would be unstoppable on its own.
