Alec Burks did not play in the seven-game series against the LA Clippers due to his left knee injury and there is a chance the Utah Jazz will shut him down for the duration of the 2017 playoffs, according to The Salt Lake Tribune.
Burks, 25, had a platelet-rich plasma injection in his left knee prior to Game 3 against the Clippers, according to Aaron Falk, which has led to speculation that Utah's guard may not be cleared to play for the rest of the playoffs.
2016-17 has been another injury-filled season for Burks, as he played in just 42 games.
