According to a report from The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski, former Lone Peak star guard and Duke Blue Devil Frank Jackson underwent surgery Wednesday for a stress reaction in his right foot and is expected to be sidelined until July.

Wojnarowski reported that Jackson, who declared for the June 22 NBA draft and has hired an agent, suffered the injury while at Duke but played through it.
