Lauri Markkanen trade rumors have been rampant all summer. The San Antonio Spurs have been rumored to have been interested in the Finnish Utah Jazz star forward, but there has not been a reported offer until today. According to Brett Siegel, the Spurs would be willing to trade Keldon Johnson and multiple first-round picks for Lauri Markkanen.
