Tony Finau lived out a dream Thursday — and it wasn't just being able to golf at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, California, while his home state was under a deep freeze.
The wildly successful Utah golfer was paired with childhood golf hero Tiger Woods in the first round of the Farmers Insurance Open for the first time in his career.
The Rose Park native made the most of the moment, too.
Finau got the 2019 season off to a great start, finishing one stroke ahead of Woods with a 3-under 69 on his dream day.
