The circus surrounding BYU freshman quarterback Tanner Mangum reached another level Tuesday, as he was featured in the "Campus Hero" segment of ESPN's "SportsCenter."
In a video package with reporter Jeannine Edwards that lasted 2:07 minutes, Mangum is seen talking to and taking selfies with fans, meeting with a throng of reporters, hanging out with teammates and watching the play against Nebraska that brought him instant fame.
“It’s been pretty crazy these past couple days,” Mangum told Edwards. “Definitely been a whirlwind, but I just keep reminding myself just to stay calm. You know what you have to do.
