Former BYU star Jimmer Fredette should expect to see more playing time when his Phoenix Suns face the Utah Jazz on Wednesday night.
That's according to Suns head coach Igor Kokoskov, who on Monday night made some comments in reference to Fredette that raised a few eyebrows.
Kokoskov, who is a very close friend of Jazz head coach Quin Snyder and was an assistant coach with Utah for three years before taking the job in Phoenix last offseason, said in part, "Quin Snyder better be ready. Jimmer's coming. I'm serious. He's going to play more."
It's #Jimmer time!
