SALT LAKE CITY — Whether it intended to or not, the laundry detergent manufactured by Procter & Gamble managed to, ahem, gain the attention of some in the Utah Jazz community.
The actor featured in Gain's commercial about the Russell's stinky swimwear bears a striking resemblence to a couple of professional basketball players from Utah. Jazz fan Nate Greenwood tweeted out the humorous observation that Mr. Russell looks like a combo of Joe Ingles (face) and Ricky Rubio (hair).
For the record, the Ingles-Rubio doppleganger was not the man who ended up being the back half of a unicorn for his daughter's party — although that would've been even more awesome.
